Executive Profiles – A company is only as strong as its executive leadership. LeElle Legacy Group, LLC was founded by Will & Ellyssia (Johnson) Crump.
Ellyssia (Johnson) Crump (President) has a background in Psychology with a minor in Business Management. She spent the early part of her career working in Human Resources. She later decided to venture off on her own to establish her own successful Real Estate firm in 2012. After her success, she decided that the ideal next step was to help others achieve freedom from punching a clock and helping their bosses get rich. Ellyssia began small, first helping her immediate family and friends find the same freedom. Eventually, she was getting requests to do more in depth business reviews or analyses. Realizing this was a business opportunity, together with her husband, Will, they launched LeElle Legacy Group, LLC!
Will Crump (Vice President) has a background in Education, with a focus in History. He is a strong believer that you must learn your history to avoid repeating it. He co-built his initial company from the ground to eventually grossing over a million dollars in revenue in less than 10 years. As CFO of this business he was responsible for managing the funds and marketing to increase overall revenue. At its peak, he managed upwards of 100 employees. However, at this size, he was losing touch with daily interactions with his staff. Due to his days spent more paper pushing, than educating his staff/partners he decided to sell his business and go back to his passion-teaching. Since selling, Will has contracted himself out to various small businesses looking for the extra push to develop or increase revenue while doing what they love.
